Durant Gilles de la Bergerie (Clermont-Ferrand, 1554 - 1614 or 1615) was a French poet. Attorney at the parliament of Paris in the Renaissance, are credited to him sonnets, odes and chansons. Among the best known is Ma belle si ton âme. Usually, as required in this period, the compositions were accompanied by theorbo / or archlute chitarrone.
