Haruko Momoi (Japanese: 桃井はるこ Momoi Haruko, born December 14, 1977 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese voice actress (seiyū) and singer/songwriter known mostly for her roles as character "Faris" from TV Anime Steins;Gate and "Komugi" from OVA Nurse Witch Komugi, in which she composed/performed all of the songs for. She is affectionately referred to as 'Halko' by her fans, a nickname which she gave herself and which is inspired by HAL 9000, the onboard computer of the Discovery in 2001: A Space Odysse
