Hazlov (Duits: Haslau) is een gemeente in de Tsjechische regio Karlsbad. De gemeente ligt op 550 meter hoogte aan de verbindingsweg tussen Cheb en Aš, tussen het Fichtelgebergte en Elstergebergte. Drie kilometer ten westen van Hazlov ligt de grens met Duitsland.
