Heart is an American rock band formed in Seattle, Washington, in 1967. The band developed from earlier projects led by Roger Fisher (guitar) and Steve Fossen (bass guitar), including The Army (1967–1969), Hocus Pocus (1969–1970), and White Heart (1970–1973).
