Houston (/ˈhaʊstən/ HOW-stən) is a town in Kent County, Delaware, United States. It is part of the Dover metropolitan area. The population was 381 in 2020. It was named for John W. Houston. The town was named after John W. Houston who was Delaware's Secretary of State from 1841 to 1844.
