Hugh Robert Banton (born 1949) is a British organist and organ builder, most widely known for his work with the group Van der Graaf Generator in the 1970s and after the band's reunion in 2005. He worked together with many artists, such as Judge Smith, John Ellis and René van Commenée / Mr Averell.
