Some say Hugo Weber was born in a cardboard box. Some also say he's is a figment of our collective psyches, a mere manic vision which some can see but some cannot. In reality, Hugo Weber is an American singer-songwriter originally from Miser... ahem... Missouri. Starting to write and paint at the age of five, it became clear that he had a passion for art, and music in particular.
