L'Interstate 4 (ou I-4) est une autoroute inter-États de 212,91 km (132,3 miles) de long située en Floride, aux États-Unis. Elle joint l'Interstate 275 à Tampa (27° 57′ 54″ N, 82° 27′ 10,8″ O) à l'Interstate 95, à Daytona Beach (29° 09′ 18″ N, 81° 04′ 33,6″ O). À l'est du croisement avec l'I-95, l'I-4 est notée Florida State Road 400, jusqu'au croisement avec l'US 1, à Daytona Beach même.
