(Pour les articles homonymes, voir Route 59. ) L'Interstate 59 (I-59) est une autoroute située dans le sud-est des États-Unis. Il s'agit d'une route allant du sud au nord sur 445,23 miles (716,53 km) depuis la jonction avec l'I-10 et l'I-12 à Slidell, Louisiane jusqu'à la jonction avec l'I-24 près de , Géorgie. L'autoroute relie la région métropolitaine de La Nouvelle-Orléans, Birmingham et Chattanooga, longeant l'ancienne US 11 sur l'entièreté de la distance. Environ le tiers du tracé (153 miles; 246 km) entre Meridian, Mississippi et Birmingham, Alabama, est en multiplex avec l'I-20. L'I-59 est une autoroute à quatre voies sur la totalité de son tracé, à l'exception d'un segment dans la région de Birmingham qui passe à six voies.
