冀朝鼎（1903年－1963年8月9日），笔名动平，山西汾阳县建昌村人。冀贡泉之子，冀朝铸之兄。芝加哥大学法学博士，哥伦比亚大学经济学博士。共產黨秘密黨員。潛伏於中華民國政府的高官，受共產黨指示廢國幣並發行銀圓券與金圓券。著有《中国历史上的基本经济区》。
