John Rambo is a fictional former Green Beret created by David Morrell in his novel First Blood. Morrell's character and ideas were used in the 1980s and 2000s as the basis for a series of popular action films starring Sylvester Stallone. The original scores for the first three films were composed and conducted by Jerry Goldsmith. The music from the second film was performed by the National Philharmonic Orchestra and the music from the third by the Hungarian State Opera Orchestra. <a href="https
