Marys Zimmer ist ein philosophisches Gedankenexperiment, dasFrank Cameron Jackson 1982 in seinem Artikel Epiphenomenal Qualia vorgestellt und 1986 in seiner Abhandlung What Mary Didn’t Know erweitert hat.Das Argument, das durch dieses Gedankenexperiment untermauert werden soll, wird häufig als das Wissensargument gegen den Physikalismus bezeichnet, also gegen die Ansicht, dass alles Existente, auch Geistiges, rein physisch ist.
