Konárovice is a municipality and village in Kolín District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,000 inhabitants.

==Etymology== Konárovice was initially called Koňařovice. The name was derived from koňař ('horseman'). There was a horseman living here, who belonged to the princely officials of the nearby castle and who bred the horses for the prince on the large meadows of the Elbe.
