== Geography == Kuznechinsky is located in forest steppe, on Khopyorsko-Buzulukskaya Plain, on the bank of the Yedovlya River, 53 km northwest of Kumylzhenskaya (the district's administrative centre) by road. Filin is the nearest rural locality.
