Latirus is a genus of sea snails, marine gastropod molluscs in the family Fasciolariidae, the spindle snails, the tulip snails and their allies.
==Description== The turreted shell is fusiform and is umbilicate. The spire is produced with nodulous whorls. The aperture is oval-oblong. The outer lip is thin and crenulated. The columella is straight, with two or three small oblique plaits in front.
