C-5は、ロッキード社（現在のロッキード・マーティン社）が製造し、アメリカ空軍が運用している軍用超大型長距離輸送機。愛称は「ギャラクシー」（英語: Galaxy/銀河の意）。 開発当時世界最大の輸送機であり、An-124 ルスラーン・An-225 ムリーヤの登場によりその座を譲ったものの、依然として世界最大級の輸送機である。
