Mandurriao () is a district in Iloilo City, Philippines. It is the second-largest district by geographical area as well as the third-most populous district, with 66,464 people in the 2024 census. Mandurriao is one of the major business districts of Iloilo City, along with Iloilo City Proper.

Mandurriao is known for its modern developments and vibrant nightlife scene. The district is home to several major mixed-use developments, including Iloilo Business Park, Atria Park District, SM Iloilo Complex, Smallville Business Complex, and Gaisano Iloilo City Center. Due to its dynamic environment, Mandurriao is sometimes nicknamed 'the district that never sleeps' of Iloilo.
