Masham ( ) is a market town and civil parish in North Yorkshire, England. It had a population of 1,205 at the 2011 census.
The town is located northwest of York and was in the former Harrogate district. It is situated in the lower Wensleydale, on the western bank of the River Ure, just north of its confluence with the River Burn.
