Белоу́с (лат. Nardus, букв. «нард») — монотипный род травянистых растений семейства Злаки, или Мятликовые (Poaceae). Образует монотипную трибу Белоусовые (Nardeae) в подсемействе Мятликовые (Pooideae). Включает единственный вид — Белоус торча́щий (Nardus strícta).
