Niki Reiser (born 12 May 1958) is a Swiss film score composer and flautist. He is considered one of the most outstanding film composers of the German-speaking countries, winning the German Film Award five times. Er ist einer der bekanntesten Filmkomponisten im deutschsprachigen Raum. Sein Werk als Filmkomponist wurde mit fünf Deutschen Filmpreisen für beste Musik ausgezeichnet und hat ihm zudem zwei Bayerische Filmpreise und drei Filmpreise der Fondation SUISA eingebracht. Niki Reiser schrieb zudem die Musik zu dem Academy Award Nominee Film JENSEITS DER STILLE (1996) und zu dem Academy Award Winner Film NIRGENDWO IN AFRIKA (2001), beide Filme von Regisseurin Caroline Link. Niki Reiser unterrichtet an der ZHdK (Zürcher Hochschule der Künste) Masterstudierende im Fachbereich Film/Theater und Musikkomposition.
