She is the vocalist of the South Korean girl group aespa (Hangul: 에스파) under SM Entertainment. Ningning participated in many singing programs in China, that included China's Got Talent Season 2 in March 2011, China's New Sound Generation in July 2015, and the Harbin Silver Valley Fuxing Concert performing "Rolling in the Deep" By Adele on October 10, 2015.

==Career== ===Early life and pre-debut=== Ningning was born as Ning Yizhuo on October 23, 2002, in Harbin, China. She graduated from Harbin Normal University Middle School () and Beijing Contemporary Music Academy (). During her early years, she was nicknamed "Ningning", which she would later use as her stage name in her career.
