== Geography == Administratively, Nowris is located within the Negur Rural District of the Dashtiari District in Chabahar County. It is situated near neighboring settlements such as Sītāl to the south and Nowbandian-e Pain to the north, while the district center at Negur provides local administrative links. The village also has access to the Sea of Oman through regional coastal routes within the wider Makran area. Located about 50 km northwest of Chabahar, Nowris lies near Iran’s southeastern border, with Dashtiari County hosting crossing points that connect to Pakistan.
