Oliva Gessi is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pavia in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 50 km (31 mi) south of Milan and about 20 km (12 mi) south of Pavia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 196 and an area of 3.9 km (1.5 sq mi).
Oliva Gessi borders the following municipalities: Calvignano, Casteggio, Corvino San Quirico, Montalto Pavese, Mornico Losana, and Torricella Verzate.
