Paul Delay was a west coast performer. He was very expressive with blues music and was one of the foremost players of Blues on a chromatic harmonica. Another contemporary was George Harmonica Smith. Paul deLay was born January 31, 1952 in Portland, Oregon. His musical career started in the early 1970s with a band called "Brown Sugar", which played numerous West Coast gigs.
