Paul Parker is a disco singer born in San Francisco, California. His biggest success came in the eighties, working with Patrick Cowley, when he reached #1 on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart twice with "Right On Target" in 1982 and "One Look (One Look Was Enough)" in 1987. He continued in the 1990s with a string of dance covers including a rendition of Cyndi Lauper's "Time After Time".
