Perná is a municipality and village in Břeclav District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 800 inhabitants.

==Geography== Perná is located about northwest of Břeclav and south of Brno. It lies on the border between the Mikulov Highlands and Dyje–Svratka Valley. The highest point is the hill Obora at above sea level. Perná is located within the Pálava Protected Landscape Area.
