Polykarp von Smyrna (altgriechisch Πολύκαρπος ὁ Σμυρναῖος Polykarpos ho Smyrnaios, deutsch ‚Polykarp der Smyrner‘; * um 69; † um 155 in Smyrna) war im 2. Jahrhundert Bischof von Smyrna in Kleinasien (heute Izmir in der Türkei). Er wird zu den apostolischen Vätern gezählt. Der Name Polykarp bedeutet: „der viel Frucht Bringende“. Polykarps Lebensdaten sind nicht genau gesichert. Der Überlieferung zufolge soll er zum Zeitpunkt seines Todes 86 Jahre alt gewesen sein. Wahrscheinlich wurde er im Jahr 155 von den Römern hingerichtet. Er wird auch „Zerstörer der heidnischen Götter“ genannt.
