== Biography == Oleksiy Potapenko was born on 3 May 1981 in Kyiv. His father, Andriy Potapenko (born 1956), served in the military. His mother, Lyudmila Potapenko (born 1958) is a world-fin swimming race champion. Oleksii has been practicing swimming and water polo, for which he received the title Master of Sports.
