Carpi ( Italian: [ˈkarpi]; Emilian: Chèrp) is an Italian town and comune of about 73,000 inhabitants in the province of Modena, Emilia-Romagna. It is a busy centre for industrial and craft activities and for cultural and commercial exchanges.
