Rapotín () is a municipality and village in Šumperk District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 3,300 inhabitants.

==Geography== Rapotín is located about northeast of Šumperk and north of Olomouc. It lies in the Hanušovice Highlands. The highest point is the hill Bukový kopec at above sea level. The municipality is situated on the right bank of the Desná River.
