ReFS (Resilient File System; deutsch Robustes Dateisystem) ist ein Dateisystem von Microsoft. Es wurde mit den Betriebssystemen Windows 8 und Windows Server 2012 eingeführt. Mit dem Fall Creators Update (Version 1709) für Windows 10 ist die Erstellung neuer Partitionen mit ReFS nur noch in den Versionen Enterprise und Pro for Workstations möglich und nicht mehr mit den für Heimanwender vorgesehenen Editionen.
