Rémilly is een gemeente in het Franse departement Nièvre, aan de zuidrand van de Morvan (regio Bourgogne-Franche-Comté) en telt 172 inwoners (2009). De plaats maakt deel uit van het arrondissement Château-Chinon (Ville). Het plaatsje dateert uit de 12e eeuw; Rumiliacum genaamd. De inwoners worden Rominois genoemd. Rémilly ligt aan het riviertje d'Alène. Het dorp ('Bourg') bestaat verder uit de buurtschappen ('Lieu dit') Botz, La Boue, Gare en Le Mont. Het oude station is al jarenlang geen halteplaats voor treinen van de lijn tussen Nevers en Dijon meer. Wel stoppen er bussen.
