René Dif (born October 17, 1967 in Frederiksberg, Denmark) is a musician and actor, best known as the male vocalist in the Danish pop-dance group Aqua. René Dif is a pop artist from Denmark. He is a member of the Danish pop-dance group Aqua, with as many as 10 top 10 hits. Aqua was formed in 1994 and split up in 2001, but reunited in 2008. The band sold more than 28 million records worldwide, and appeared in the Guinness Book of Records as the only debut band with three "self-penned" Number One
