Ropice

Ropice (; , ) is a municipality and village in Frýdek-Místek District in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,800 inhabitants. The municipality has a significant Polish minority.

Ropice je obec v Podbeskydí ležící v širokém údolí řeky Ropičanky, která pramení pod horou Ropicí v katastru obce Řeka a tak se také v horním toku jmenuje a posléze se vlévá do Olše.
