乳山市（普通话：/ʐu˨˩˦ ʂan˥ ʂɿ˥˩/、汉语拼音：Rǔshān Shì、胶辽官话：/y˨˩˦ ʂan˨ ʂɿ˦/）是中国山东省威海市下辖的一个县级市，地处山东半岛东南部，西与烟台市海阳市接壤，东与文登区相邻，北依烟台市牟平区，南濒黄海。乳山市总面积为1668平方千米，全市总人口（据2010年第六次人口普查数据）为57万2482人。黄海之滨的大乳山海拔216.6米，山形似女性的一邊乳房，秀出海天，陆地海上一望而知，是显著的地标景观。乳山市因此而得名。
