George Ryan Ross III (b. August 30, 1986, in Summerlin, Nevada) was the former lead guitarist, lyricist, and back-up vocalist for the band Panic! at the Disco. George Ryan Ross was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He attended Bishop Gorman High School.
