Scott D. Emr

Scott D. Emr is an American molecular biologist, university teacher, and biologist born in Jersey City in 1954. He holds citizenship in the United States and speaks English. His professional fields of work include cell biology, molecular genetics, and molecular biology.

Emr has been employed by Cornell University, the University of California, San Diego, and the California Institute of Technology. He received his education at Harvard University and the University of California, Berkeley. He is a member of the National Academy of Sciences, the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and the European Molecular Biology Organization. He is also recognized in the American Academy Arts Sciences collection.
