Segorbe es un municipio y localidad española de la Comunidad Valenciana, capital de la comarca del Alto Palancia, situada en el sur de la provincia de Castellón. En 2021 contaba con una población de 9139 habitantes según el padrón municipal del INE. Segorbe fue hasta 1960 sede de la diócesis de Segorbe, y es en la actualidad, junto con Castellón de la Plana, cabeza de la diócesis de Segorbe-Castellón. Conserva un importante patrimonio arquitectónico concentrado en su casco antiguo, que ha sido declarado Bien de interés cultural en su conjunto.
