Šitbořice () is a municipality and village in Břeclav District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 2,100 inhabitants.
==Etymology== The initial name of the village of Ješutbořice. The name was derived from Lord Ješutboř, to whom the local fortress belonged. The name evolved to Jestbořice and then to Šitbořice.
