St. Joseph is a town in, and the parish seat of, rural Tensas Parish in northeastern Louisiana, United States, in the delta of the Mississippi River. As of the 2020 census, St. Joseph had a population of 831. The town had an African-American majority of 77.4 percent in 2010.
