Stracciatella (stratʃaˈtɛlla, von ital. stracciare, „zerreißen“) ist eine Sorte Speiseeis, die vornehmlich aus Milchspeiseeis besteht und mit feinen, unregelmäßigen Stücken Schokolade durchsprenkelt ist. Es stammt ursprünglich aus Bergamo in der Lombardei und ist eine der bekanntesten italienischen Eissorten.
