Tom Murphy was born in St. Paul, Minn. while my dad was in medical school and then we moved to Tacoma, Wa. when i was 4. Started playing drums in the 4th grade after being impressed with the drummers in school bands in the Tacoma daffadil parade and got my grandfather to buy me a toy drum on the way home. Then years later after following up my drum schooling in Jr. High and High school he told my parents to try and discoure me from being a musician. Too late! <a href="https://www.last.fm/musi
