Tournus () is a commune in the Saône-et-Loire department in the region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté in eastern France.

==Geography== Tournus is located on the right bank of the Saône, 20 km. northeast of Mâcon on the Paris-Lyon railway. In 1972 Tournus absorbed the former commune Plottes.
