Vadim Iosifovich Mulerman (Russian: Вади́м Ио́сифович Мулерма́н; Kharkiv, Ukraine, 18 August 1938 –2 May 2018) was a Ukrainian singer (baritone). He was awarded the title of Meritorious Artist of the RSFSR (1978), People's Artist of the RSFSR and Merited Artist of Ukraine. In 1971, at the whim of S. Lapin, Chairman of the USSR State Committee for Radio and Television (Gosteleradio), Mulerman, along with several other singers of Jewish descent, was de facto barred from appearing on television. <
