William "Bill" Moore (March 3, 1893 – November 22, 1951) was an African American blues singer and guitarist. Born in Dover, Georgia, United States, he was the only Virginian country bluesman to record for the Paramount label (1928 in Chicago). As a resident of Tappahannock, Virginia, Bill Moore recorded sixteen sides for Paramount Record Company in 1928. His four 78 rpm records are highly sought by collectors and have been numerously re-released on LP and CD compilation albums. <a href="https://
