Yield is a garage band from Paintsville, KY. It consists of Hilaree Frazier on guitar, Travis Haney on bass, and Thomas Hardwick on drums. Yield currently does not have a vocalist, but is actively searching for one. Yield è il quinto album dei Pearl Jam, pubblicato il 3 febbraio 1998 da Epic con una custodia in digipack.La prima versione pubblicata in Italia in formato digipack conteneva un foglio con la traduzione di alcune delle canzoni presenti sull'album. Infatti il cantante Eddie Vedder, durante un tour in Italia, si era fatto tradurre dall'italiano all'inglese i testi delle sue canzoni così come erano riportati nei libri di musica sui Pearl Jam. Rimasto deluso decise di inserire nel nuovo album Yield un foglietto con la traduzione corretta, in italiano, di quello che lui intendeva esprimere nei testi delle sue canzoni.
