Apricale ist eine italienische Gemeinde mit 622 Einwohnern (Stand 31. Dezember 2019) in der Provinz Imperia in Ligurien und ist Mitglied der Vereinigung I borghi più belli d’Italia (Die schönsten Orte Italiens). Apricale liegt etwa 15 km nördlich von Ventimiglia im -Tal, einem Nebental des Nervia. Der Name des Ortes leitet sich vom lateinischen Apricus (besonnt) ab. Apricale gehört zum Gemeindeverband Comunità Montana Intemelia. In der Umgebung wird auch der einzig nennenswerte DOC-Rotwein Liguriens angebaut – der Rossese di Dolceacqua.
