Barsingerhorn (West Frisian: Barregórre) is a village in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Hollands Kroon, and lies about north of Heerhugowaard. It received city rights in 1415.

== History == The settlement was first mentioned in 1289 as Bersincshorne, and means "corner (in the dike) of the people of Barse (person)". Barsingerhorn developed in the 12th century on the sea dike. Together with Haringhuizen, it received city rights in 1415.
