Beringen ( Dutch pronunciation: [ˈbeːrɪŋə(n)] ; French: Béringue, French pronunciation: [beʁɛ̃ɡ]; Limburgish: Berringe) is a municipality and city located in the Belgian province of Limburg. The Beringen municipality includes the town of Beringen proper and the old communes of Beverlo, Koersel, and Paal.
