#1 Bill Harris (October 28, 1916 - August 21, 1973) was a jazz trombonist. #2 Bill Harris (April 14, 1925 - December 6, 1988) was an American rhythm and blues and jazz guitarist, member of The Clovers from 1950 to 1958. #1 Early in his career, Harris performed with Benny Goodman, Charlie Barnet, and Eddie Condon.
